Jeff Stine has resigned as the AD/Football Coach at Redwater High School to become the head football coach at Castleberry High School in Fort Worth.

Stine, who was 24-18 in four-years at Redwater, told Smoaky.com, "This is so bitter sweet for me, and this morning was very difficult telling the team I'm moving on."

Redwater made the playoffs during Stine's last two seasons, including 8-4 in 2011, and an upset win against Daingerfield.

2012 Academic All-Stars

We received just over 100 nominations from high school counselors from throughout Central Texas. Each nominee needed an 90.0 or better GPA, be involved in community and school organizations and activities, charitable organizations, and one extra-curricular team. A nine-member committee voted on the nominations and here is the 2nd-Annual Academic All-Stars Team.

Our 2012 team has seven Valedictorian's, one Salutatorian and an overall average Class ranking of 4.7. And, our overall GPA from all twenty All-Stars is 100.7.
